Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 5-7 business days to process your order. Expect an email to let you
know your order is on the way!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Hominid X is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

There is a 30 day return window from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please note that a flat rate of $8.00 will be charged for return shipping, which will be deducted from your refund. In addition, there is a 15% restocking fee for all returned items, which will also be deducted from the refund amount.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@hominidx.com with your order number. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
